Do you mean after vol 7 of the TPBs'? Which TPBs' have you read? I'm pretty sure they're all collected in the TBPs' that came out.

Where could I find the paperbacks? Do they have from the begining? I like to read Y though I need to get from the start.

yeah Calibur, most any comicbook store will have them in stock or can order them for you, as can most Borders or Barnes and Nobles, and there's a million websites out there that also sell them
and you're correct, this is a series that should be read from the begining

Like I pretty much stated before, Y: The Last Man rocks and is a great book. The dialogue and writing by Brian K. Vaughn is wonderful which is no surprise for a winner of the Eisner Award for Best Writer. I must say that it's cool to see a story about the cliché "only man on earth" plot and making it more of a journey through hell then a walk in paradise. I will admit that it is sometimes repetitive that females left and right unmask or find out Yorick Brown, the main character, is a man, but at least it is more well done and pulled off (and dare I say it funnier) then when Peter Parker gets unmasked left and right by Super Villains and Heroes alike (which seems like almost once every story arc). Also, the art by Pia Guerra is awesome because it is simple yet beautiful. The artwork totally fits in with this story. Anyway, long story short, I recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

I've been reading this title through the trades as well. Though finding out that Vol. 8 didn't come out until sometime in November, I quickly got the back issues and caught up through the comic. This story is too damn good to sit around and WAIT.
Yorick is the freakin' man, by the way. And there are a lot of parts of him that seriously remind myself of me, which is scary. I always get people interested in this book once I tell them that it's about all the males in the world dying, except for two, Yorick and Ampersand. They get intrigued by it usually...I have no idea if most people pick it up but it definitely sparks interest. What did everyone think of the latest arc? I swear I thought that Yorick and 355 were gonna get it on.

I wasn't a fan of Vaughan when he was workin' on Ultimate X-Men, but I hear that Y: The Last Man is superb.
Shame on myself for not reading Y: The Last Man. |

Oh, I probably will pick up the trades. I hear that the early issues of Y: The Last Man are a hard find because of low print runs or for some other reason.

Take it from me. Once you start reading you'll be hooked big time. It's like a giant roller coaster ride, but with a trade paper back...and you're not moving...
you know what? it's not like a roller coaster...but it's damn good.

How do you think it will end???
Personally, I think he's going to find Beth and realize, meh, she's just a girl, and end up w/ three-fiddy-five. Or he'll kill himself. Who knows. |

I'm fairly certain it will end with either his death or his reunion with Beth
