Awesome new video w/ Craig and Mikkelsen during card game!

This video is Belgian, though it seems to be footage taken from the same series of making-of documentaries that has been up on the official site and so it might be up on the official site soon in better quality. This video shows Craig during the poker match as well as gearing up for the car chase. It's somewhat poor quality as of now, but you'll get a sense for how Craig's carrying himself in the tux as well as how he's delivering his dialogue.

My impression? Absolutely fantastic. He's carrying himself just as I would like him to be, and the lines are given an excellent, more natural delivery (aided from his terrific, deep voice).

From what we could see of that footage (admittedly it's not high quality video), I thought he looked great and comfortable in the tux. That is, when we were looking at actual shooting and not the shots of him being interviewed, where he was in a very awkward slouch and the tux was not hanging right.

But as for everything else that clip showed? Awesome. For me, Daniel Craig *is* James Bond, and November 17th can't come quickly enough.

Yes. And people who have seen it claimed it was superior to the car chase from RONIN (seems like overpraise, but definitely very promising regardless).

The news reporter stated that Chris Cornell (Audioslave) would have an acting role as a Poker player where Bond will face Le Chiffre at Casino Royale (for some odd reason, he said they would play Baccarat). Hmmm. The rest of the video really isn't worth translating.

Well, it's actually an Aston Martin DBS, not a DB9, but that's moot.

There are four main action sequences in CASINO ROYALE, of which the car chase is one. The car chase is in the script, which I've read, and there were plenty of news reports out about it in the papers (they totalled the Astons used in the sequence). It was also featured in the 20 minutes of footage that was premiered in Amsterdam, from which people commented that it was amazing.

Ah yes the DBS,that's the bigger engined DB9 right ? same thing they did with Lazenby,stunning car

BTW what are the other sequences ? im guessing the one with the tanker and plane at MIA is one and the crane chase

Well, there is the crane chase in Madagascar, the airport sequence with the tanker and plane, the car chase, and then a foot chase/fight in Venice.

There are also a few shorter fight scenes throughout (one opens the film, one occurs later on in the film).
