Does anybody remember an issue of Superman, like from 1995 or 96, where the Joker was in Metropolis and he posed as a Superman on a float handing out toys filled with Joker gas? It was a pretty cool story...the cover had a the Joker with long hair(mimicking Superman's look at the time) with his back faced to the reader and the yellow emblem had a J instead of an S.

I know what you're talking about, but I haven't read it in years. I'll have to dig into my backissues to fully refresh my memory.
