When I was little I saw a few episodes here and there and always thought it was a cool show, and I have been going trough both seasons for the last few weeks and I gotta say it was a damn fine show.
A lot of stuff happening in season 2 and I was wondering if the people in charge, Cameron perhaps, ever came out with info to further explain Max's destiny and the breeding cult and all? Anyone know anything about this?

They did say what would happen in S3 but I dont remember what they said. All I remember is that I have extreme anger at FOX for picking this up for a 3rd season only to back out and cancel it so they could pick up Firefly. Because both couldnt co-exist due to budgets being high on both

they released a couple of novels set after the ending of the show. i'm not sure if they're considered canon though.
