Well, I didn't like Superman Returns, but that's not to say I don't think he could have done a good job on X3.

I'm not upset he didn't do X3 per se though I would like to see what he would have come up with.

There were some incredibly beautiful moments in SR that made me think "if only Singer directed X3..."

before i saw xtls, i was all about not having singer... but after, seeing what ratner did, i wish he wouldve been there. i know he woulda fought for phoenix flames (CONTINUITY PEOPLE) and im sure rogue and scott would have had better parts

with Singer, we would have had an X-3 and X-4 shot back to back and they would actualy make us care about the character's. Im not upset he didnt do X-3, im angry he didnt do X-3.

I liked SR, and yes would have wanted Singer on X3. I think he did a good job on X1 and 2, and SR in fact.

SR is a great movie, and to answer your question- I'd kill for him to do the third x-man movie that I'm still waiting for.

Rouge was making a slow progress and I'm 100% sure that with Singer on board her arc wouldn't end with her taking the cure and losing her powers (which goes against everything the x-men stands for, and Rogue in particular)

Regarding Cyke- even though he gone for most of x-2- you didn't see fans foaming at the mouth while leaving the theatre, and again - with Singer on board Scott wouldn't die at the begining of the Phoenix saga!

Singer did a great job directing X1 and X2! It would have been a good idea if he had directed X3 as well.
