Is it possible to get TPB's on every story arc in DC or Marvel?

The most popular story arcs are in TPB or will soon be, but not every single story will be in a TPB. For example, I have been collecting all the JLA TPBs. Well, it turns out that they skipped about three issues (out of 100). I guess they didn't see those stories as being very important.

I'm asking because I can't go to my local comic store very often because it's across town and so I don't mind reading TPB's and read the whole thing at once. |

I get a lot of TPBs/HCs just so that I can read the entire story in one sitting. The only problem with that is avoiding all the spoilers.

It would be impossible for Marvel or DC to collect every single story arc in the company`s history.
