Default Best X-Men Trilogy Scene.

My Best Of threads will now profile a few movies and trilogies. Since this is a comic movie forum at heart. thaught i would take the best scenes rom all three x-men movies and make a poll thread to see what was the best X-Men trilogy movie scene.
If i miss a few well its a bit early at 5:25 am.

Wow, that's a lot of spoilers in those options for people who haven't seen the third film yet.

I voted for Magneto's escape scene in X-Men 2.

A lot of great scenes in the X-trilogy though.

How is Nightcrawler's assault on the White House not on the list? Easily the most exciting moment in the 'trilogy,' which overall was a bit of a let down.

On your list, I'd go for Xaviers death.

Nightcrawlers assault on the White House is easily the best scene in the trilogy.

And Wolverine going nuts on the guards in the X-mansion isn't there.

The best stuff in the entire trilogy is the first twenty minutes of the first movie, until Logan's truck explodes. In those scenes, the characters are so real that no other comicbook movie has yet come close.

Don't worry, I've seen it. But if I hadn't and stumbled upon this thread, I would've hated you (and myself) with a bloody bloody vengeance.

Damn, can't believe I forgot about the White House attack scene. That's almost right up there with Magneto's escape.

GAH ! I can't wait to see X-Men 3 again. So many cool scenes. I have to wait until christmas for it to be released on DVD over here.

Nightcrawlers attack on the whitehouse is the best. But Jean saving the X-Jet and holding off the water is awesome also.

You don't have Wolverine vs. Stryker's Soilders in the X-Mansion in X2? Most of the other scenes don't even compare.

Lady Deathstrike v.s Wolverine is def. the best fight scene. Beautifully shot and edited. Anything with Brian Cox is X2 is brilliant.

definetly wolverine and mercenaries in the mansion, the first time wolvie really went berzerker, and also the first time my pants went berzerker during a movie...

a closer second would be pyro's introduction

The white house scene was great...and so was Jean saving the plane in the water. Still my fav might be Kitty and Juggernaut going after her Leetch. First her using her powers on him and then how she tricked him at the end. I know I know, Juggy's not a mutant in the comics so it shouldn't have worked but I thought they showed how sharp Kitty's mind was really well in that scene.

really?

i consider that one of the weakest scenes. it turned wolverine into a hack n' slash character which was the basis for most of his fights in the last stand.

I think it was a really good intreptation of Wolverine's Beserker Rage which is common for his character.

You mean not when you hear him screaming when he's running down the hallway and the mercernary turns around and he slashes him down or the start of it in the kitchen or when he jumps off the balcony. I mean for the purposes of live action, I think they did an excellent job.

I picked "other". My favorite is actually the ending scene of X-Men, when Xavier and Magneto are playing chess in Magneto's plastic prison.

I just love the fact she brings back a classic insult that we haven't heard in movies for a long time. "Who's hiding - ********?"
