Indeed.

Although he hasn't been able to appear in all of them. His cameo in Blade was filmed but cut and due to circumstances he wasn't able to shoot a cameo in The Punisher.

I know he didn't create Punisher but he still was going to do a cameo.

Here's what a qoute from Stan about that.
