I find it difficult to explain this - Miss Jimmy Olsen
Jimmy Olsen dons drag for the first time in “MISS JIMMY OLSEN,” SUPERMAN's PAL JIMMY OLSEN #44 (DC, April 1960), and again several times over the next few years.
I'm at a loss to explain some of this story. But I decided I must share it with the world, especially since the on-line community seems to be on a Jimmy Olsen kick lately. Note the pic attached: Anyone who's seen a Closeu movie knows the first thing that comes to mind when you have to go undercover is disguising yourself as a woman, but Jimmy just seems to be enjoying the attention he's getting from those men a little too much. We've gone from crossdressing to...Singer's movie? "Spelling it out" is putting it lightly...
As far as I understand it, Jimmy Olsen was gay in a draft long before Singer ever came on board. Singer's intent was always to follow the Donner movies' continuity. Jimmy obviously wouldn't be gay then.

No, they don't. One movie writer wanted to change Jimmy Olsen into a homosexual in order to court controversy. Change, as in, he wasn't originally. That's like saying that many people consider Colossus gay because Ultimate Colossus is gay.
Yes, Jimmy has exhibited traits of homosexuality before, mostly for humorous value. So shall we bring up every instance from continuity of Jimmy chasing after Lois' sister or Superman's other girlfriends, or from the cartoon wherein he and Supergirl had an attraction? Jimmy's homosexual tendencies is played mostly for laughs. His heterosexuality is taken at face value.

Hell, if you want to look at two famous crossdressers - who both portray roles. Dame Edna Everage and Lilly Savage; where the latter is gay and the former is not. You can see the act means nothing to sexuality. Then there is people like Eddie Izzard who does bot play a role - and is not gay. So yeah, Jimmy likes to crossdress and has never been shown to be in any homosexual relationship. It was the Silver Age. I still don't get the point of the topic.
