can anybody clue me in?

I actually haven't been reading comics for about the last year and for the last two years before that I was just so and so.

can anybody briefly clue me in as to what happened after Spider-Man fainted while living with Iron Man a while back? my subscription ended right there. Spider-Man was living at the mansion showing some wierd symptiomps then fainted end of story.

I know he revealed himself to the world, and he had some weird powers, but that's all I know.

how was his life changed by all of this really? did Flash Thompson show up at his door knocking? what did Jonah say? does the paparazzi follow him everywhere now? is his apartment surrounded by evil villains now? does he have a job? is the government trying to capture him and experiment on him? did any news stations try and have a documentary starring those who knew him in high school?

How'd he get those new powers and does he still have them? how did he lose them?
How has MJ been affected by all of this?

Turns out Spidey was dying, although no one ever figured out why. Morlun came along to finish the job, and we he was about to kill him, Spidey became posessed by the Spider-god or something like that, and turned the tables, eating Morlun's head and killing him. He died supposedly, but was later found to be alive with new powers after forming a cocoon underneath a bridge and accepting his Inner-Spider. This can all be found in a craptacular story called the Other.

After the unmasking Flash believes it's a hoax by Pete to help the real Spidey out, Jonah was furious and tried to sue him, and yea the paparazzi follow him quite a bit now. Idk Betty's reaction, but another past love-interest, Debra Whitman, is trying to sell a tell all book about Pete's life. He still works with the school, and the government isn't trying to experiment on him at all, as he's registered. He still has his new powers, and the villains whose reactions we've seen so far are:
Doc Ock
Mysterio(s)
Chameleon, Electro, Scarecrow, Molten Man, & Will O the Wisp teamed up to try and kill Pete.
Vulture is showin up soon in a FNSM story.

Mate, just go to Wikipedia or something, you have missed SO MUCH, and the entire Marvel Universe, especially Spider-Man's world has been turned up side down in such a dramatic fashion, it's not really fair to ask anyone to explain everything.

Have you not even heard about 'Civil War?' It's gotten plenty of TV/press coverage, even here in the UK! You've missed a lot man
