F**kin' yeah! He probably loves the taste of his own blood! Unlike a certain sissy who started crying after after he was hit with a flamming log!

Watch it with the Bale bashing. Bale's a fine Batman, it's the script that I had a problem with. And maybe the suit.

Gee...I dunno...maybe....perhaps....the obvious contrast between pretty boy Bruce Wayne and the fearful Dark Knight. He does have the range to play an intimidating character you know.

Adam West is exactly like the specific comic version of Batman he is supposed to be. Read a Batman comic from the 50's or early 60's and that's exactly what you'll see.

Adam West is just as much Batman to me as Michael Keaton or Kevin Conroy.

Of course he's an accurate representation of one era's Batman. Some like to point out that he contrasts blindingly to the Bronze Age incarnations. Nothing wrong with that.

Not from Batman, but here is a pic of Keaton shirtless from one of his roles: Desperate Measures, 1998.
![]() A lot of fanboys think Keaton was fat and pudgy when he played Batman. This picture shows that he really could've been in great shape underneath that suit. It also shows that Keaton could get into shape for roles when needed.

Yeah, it's like James Bond, or Doctor Who, the viewer can enjoy each actor for the contrasting visions they bought to the part. That variety is part of the enjoyment of the whole series.
