This is going to be one of those vague answers: Someone who doesn't attempt to live up to their potential.

Each person's life is theirs to live how they choose. No one is required to live up to standards someone else sets for them.

I think a life of over-achievement is a wasted life.

Hmm. Hadn't thought of it like that.

Well, that depends on your perspective, mostly likely in comparison to a life lived full of under-achievements.

Then again, if you lead a peacable and happy life without worry of achievement to the extreme or less, long as you service people--and yourself-- with all your good traits, then you're good to go.

Man, I can't wait to read O.J. Simpson's confession in his highly publicised "If I Had Killed My Wife--This is How I've Would've Done it" book.

Give me some tips on how to get away with murder. Yea!

So...I don't know...at what point do you consider someone a waste. And, you could be honest.

Science has proven that the average human can only use ten percent of his brain. Last I checked that leaves 90% unaccounted for. Though useful, the human brain is a waste.

The human brain may waste space but it's not a complete waste as it allows us to experience consciousness.

The other 90% of my brain isn't doing that. Its just there to make sure my head is big enough to be sniped by serial killers.
