I'm sorry...
CINO: Painfully mediocre version of a story from BTAS that took it's lead from Batman Returns instead of the comics. Batman and Robin: 60's Batman with gay overtones and a lack of need for any logic whatsoever that effectively ENDED a successful franchise. Steel: Simply unremarkable on any level whatsoever. Just all forgettable... oh, and also a "what are comics?" movie. CINO was bad, Steel was weak, but it simply can't compare with neon batnipples. I'm sorry, it's just can't... there was actually no redeeming quality to B&R... at least CINO had a cute girl and Capoeira, the coolest looking martial art on the planet (though, Halle was just a beginner). CINO could have occured in the DCU, theoretically... I would read a CINO elseworlds... B&R is simply mad illogic and I don't think anyone wants to read about monkey Bane and Batman and Robin being "partners." (Well, some do, and they should feel free to... but anyone who wants their stealth characters driving neon signs should be shot. At nighttime. While wearing a big neon bullseye.) CINO took a new character and gave her another characters name (without saying that Selina Kyle WASN'T Catwoman at the time). Batman and Robin took characters we all know and appreciate and made them charicatures, if that, of themselves. It's by FAR the worse offender. If it said "most hated" DC film I'd say Catwoman, but that's not the question. |

Ummm, yes, Batman & Robin, again. It's just such a.....I don't know how to describe it. It's like one of those made-for-junkies movies or something.
I have never seen Catwoman. I have seen parts of it. Like some nightclub stuff or something. Ugh. Haven't seen Steel either. Pardon me I want to keep away from these horrible movies. Was that direct to DVD? What else....Superman IV? barely remember it. But I'm sure it sucked for me, even as a kid.

they all share first place and second place goes to! Superman III and Batman Forever.. PS: why all the Supes Returns hate? i like the movie .. granted the actors had NO! emotions (other the Kev spacy), and its was a bit cheesy (other the kev spacy) ... come to think about it.... Spacy did a damn fine job in that movie.. |

And I agree Kebab gud, SR shouldn't even be mentioned among the garbage in this thread.

Crucify me if you want, I don't care, but I also thought B&R was alright. But I'm not such a fool as to think it was really good or true to the characters in any way. And, above all, Alicia Silverstone as Batgirl? As a Batgirl who's ALFRED'S NIECE?!?!? What was that?!?!? Like i said, i thought the movie was alright, but Alicia never should've happened.
But overall worst ever? Catwoman. *shudder* Halle Berry should've stayed at home. (& practiced her flying  )

The fact is (to me) is that there havent been many DC character movies and this is because none of the DC characters baring superman and batman are:1. not known in a big way by the general movie goer and 2.Dont roast me for this but i feel DC characters in general (baring supes and bats) are boring anyway.

I guess none of you guys are old enoughnto remember Batman: The Movie wich was like a 2 hour version of the tv show.
Also bad were Steel, Supergirl, and Superman 4.
