Iraq: Civil War Or Not?

There's been a lot of talk lately about the state of Iraq. With the recent increase in violence between Sunni and Shia tribes and civlian death rates skyrocketing, would you classify the situation in Iraq as a civil war?

It may not be a full blown war, but it's ugly that's for sure. It's worse over there than the Troubles ever were here, and alot of people called the Troubles a war.

since bush says its not a civil war....i'd say that makes it pretty safe to assume that it is a civil war.

When one parts killing the other part, I'd say that's civil war. THe Bush reasoning thing isn't bad either though.
