Do you believe in ghosts, shadow people, or anything else that is supernatural? Have stories about them? Well, this thread is dedicated to them.

The only rules in this thread is no hijacking. No going off topic. Has to be related to supernatural stuff in someway.

i beleive in ghosts.

i grew up loving ghostbusters so i looked into all that stuff. the only thing thats still beyond me is why the hell i can;t see them

well I was just about to create a similar thread... and I might because its partially related... do you believe in psychic powers?

my whole life I've known I'm psychic... little things here and there that are just beyond coincidence. but the other day was when I had proof enough for myself to really believe it. I've always trusted my instinct and I think that has something to do with it, too.

so I left work like normal, and for some reason was just totally convinced that I was going to get in a wreck. like just absolutely knew it and was preparing for it. went to workout, left an hour later and headed back to my apt, and the entire drive back I was staring in my rear view mirror cause I thought someone was going to rear end me. I was 100% confident it was going to happen. I got to a red light and was super nervous, heart racing, just waiting for a hit. nothing. go on green about a quarter mile and got to traffic and stopped like the person in front of me. 10 seconds later... BAM this girl on her cell phone rear ended the hell out of my car. I was more stunned about knowing it than I was worried about my car.

so now I've been on a search to find out more about real life examples of these things and learning to control/strengthen it...

i believe in the supernatural. everywhere i go i see 11's. i wake up in the middle of the night and it'll say 12:11 or i'll driving and i'll see a license plate that says 1111. maybe i'll be arriving home after a hard night of partying only to see that i've arrived at 3:11 or i'll someone might call me at 6:11 and we'll have a 4 minute 11 second conversation.


it's actually quite common...supposedly what's happening is there are spirits called "midwayers" telling me that i'm either on thinking on the right path or trying to communicate to me. if you look up "11 spirits" on google, you can read all about it.

it's not limited to 11's either. i'll see patterns like 12:34, 11:34 (hell backwards), 5:55, etc...

I didn't believe openly in any of that sort of thing until I died, although I've always seen ghosts and felt stuff. Afterwards, I've been a little more open. I always figured there was nothing after death, but there was something. I've never been able to describe it tangibly except as like being back in the womb. Could kind of be called quiddity, but that would only make sense to those who've read The Great and Secret show...

Either way, I've seen some weird ****.

I was walking around the ruins of Coity Castle in wales, and I kept seeing a woman out of the corner of my eye. I followed her and wound up in the main hall of the castle. For about three seconds I was standing in that hall, fully restored, mid-ball. More than anything, I feel vibes. Corner of the eye stuff, like the woman, or seeing ravens in the window or people dancing. I often have damn good intuition about people too.

The other weird thing was when I was about ten years old. I was camping with my parents and a few of my aunts on the cornwall coast. It was about 2AM, and I got up to pee. I saw a red light in the sky. It wasn't moving or anything, just hanging there about the size of a teaspoon. Then, suddenly, it blazed up and dissapeared. A few people on the campsite saw it but theres never been an explanation. I've never believed in aliens/extraterrestrial life, but I've also never heard that one explained.

my fiance believes in fairys. no joke. apparently on 2 seperate occasions, her and some friends were driving around the backwoods and got out of the car to pee. She said she saw several small glowing orbs about the size of baseballs flying around through the woods. She said they werent lightining bugs due to the size, color and lack of "flickering" of the light. All her friends who were there saw it too.

I didn't 'see' anything as such. It was more a sensation of floating. I knew I was safe. I was warm, I was comfortable. I must have been dead since while I was off doing that I had an EMT pounding on my chest and tubes all over me. I could hear a heartbeat behind my left ear too. Its weird. I barely even recall what it was like, but I dream about it sometimes. Normally, that dream is the one that gets interrupted by the phone or someone at the door.

Now that sounds cool.

I hope one day..I see a ghost or shadow person. And they're nice...not all or .

I've seen things since I was a kid. I guess shadow people is kinda what you could call the stuff I see, although normally its ravens. They're supposedly a good luck sign, so it doesn't bother me too much. I've seen full on ghosts though, normally out of the corners of my eyes but the woman I followed through the castle let me get a pretty good look at her before she vanished.

so wait... predicting a car wreck isn't psychic.. it's just picking up a vibe an hour before it happens? ... isn't that called... being psychic
