Cybertronian language?
Was that recroding the military picked up one of the Transformers talking before they learned English?

Yes...the Autobots chose to learn the English language, but most of the Decepticons (except for Megatron, because he wants to know all knowledge, like the English language) will speak in Cybertronian language...and it was taken from Qatar and it was either Blackout or Skorponok...more or less Blackout.
