Default how do you deal with all the hate in yourself?
me? i like to use the strongbow arrows:

this had developed more as of late, due to seeing my ex for the first time since she dumped me...everynow and then when i see someone who's annoyed me i keep walking and go "pffthub! pffthub!" to kill them in my mind...it helps alot

so how do you deal with it?
