For God's sake, his name is not Ruffy, it's Luffy.

I give this to one to the Straw Hat Pirates. If you pissed off Luffy (by making fun of another man's dreams, or hurting his crew) then all h*** will break loose. There's a reason he is worth 300 million berrys in the One Piece world. With Gear 2 Luffy's speed and more are increased to heights that are well beyond anything a Naruto shinobi had accomplish or achieve, and if pushed to Gear 3, well...prepare for the Gum Gum Giant Pistol.

Here is a short segment that displays Luffy's Gear 2.

Next, we have Zoro and with his ability to cut steel, there goes pretty much all of the Zanpaku-tô and shinobi weapons. Not only that, but Ichigo is nowhere near Zoro's level when it comes to swords.

Next we have 'Black Leg' Sanji and his crap-attitude. Now that his legs catch aflame in battle, he'll be tough to even touch.

Then we've Sogeking and the might of his Kabuto slingshot.

Then we've got Nami and her weather staff.

Following that, we've got friggin' Chopper who would topple even Gamabunta, that is if he ate three Rumble Balls.

There's Nico Robin, but her powers work best in more stealth-like situations.

Finally, there's the speedo-wearin' Franky, the more cola he consumes, the more power he gets.

But then again, these character are from Shônen JUMP serials, why would they fight?
