LR never physically stated this time that the 'superhero' script review will be for TDK.

I think when they have the script they will post it without warning.

You're probably right there.

I'm not sure I'd be prepared to forgive them for messing everyone around like this, though.

They have proven themselves untrustworthy in an electronic habitat where they have many competitors with a more enlightened attitude towards their readership.

An amateurish and unproffesional excercise in false marketing by Latino Review.

The thing is, it's hard to figure out whats going on there end, for all we know they may of been offered the script at one point, so they let everyone know they will have it soon only to be let down by their source. It sucks for us, true, but before bashing the site, they may be as let down as we are

Well, I kinda seen this coming. Last time they pulled this crap I vowed never to go onto their site again, and I've made (and even more so continue to) good on that promise. Even if they ever do post a review, I will not go to their site to read it, I'm not gonna give them any hits at all...simple as that. If you feel that you want to teach them a lesson then I'd say to you that doing what I do is the only way to make them hurt from their lies. I'm sure that if the script gets leaked out, someone will throw it in a notepad document anyways, so yea.

God, this lack of news is killing me by the way!

Wow. That is very messed up that Latino Review pulled this. Unless they're just messing with us and also end up posting the Dark Knight review later tonight, this is really despicable.

Up until now I've been patient, believing that their hands are tied and they'll put up the review as soon as they can. I even liked their April Fool's joke about it.

But this, this is just low.

I have a funny feeling this could be the case, and that they still might post a review this week.

This Tonight He Comes review could be a smokescreen for something else to come.....

Maybe.

after seeing spider-man 3 i got this idea and am wondering if anyone else agrees with me. i thought James Franco could have been an awesome Joker, he totally has the look, has a huge grin, tall and lanky. anyone?

I haven't seen anyone post this BOF spy report thing:

Quote:

"He [the Chicago extra/Ledger stand-in] hung out with Ledger who said that The Joker character in this movie starts out as a unhinged, green-haired nutjob who wears a malleable clown mask when he does all his crime[s]. He said that he found out that as the movie progresses something happens to him [The Joker] in a Batman encounter that permanently fixates his face in the clownish appearance." Source: BLOG.360.YAHOO.COM. Thanks to "JT."

Heath Ledger has OFFICIALLY debunked the talk of him wearing a mask in the films. In that (apparently old) interview I posted, the interviewer asks him if he's looking forward to wearing a mask, and Ledger corrects him, and says "Metaphorically".

That means AS the Joker, he wont be wearing a mask. But he does wear one during the bank robbery scene.

Yep, LR's f****d us over again. Hate those guys. And just think, a few monts ago people were praising them as THE place to go for TDK news. Now, almost everyone (including me) hates 'em.

No. That means that The Joker look won't be a mask.

I agree. IMO he's one of the few people out there who really looks like the Joker naturally, and he's a heck of an actor. You should see my apartment manager, she looks like a cross between Joan Rivers and the Joker. It's quite terrifying. Perhaps Mr. Nolan should've cast her.
