With the big JLA/JSA/LOSH Crossover coming in just 2 weeks time i thought I'd make a thread where we could talk about it..

same here... im so not happy with the JLA roster... id be a much happier man if they had put MM on the team...

even if it had MM it'll still suck. black lighting,geo-force,hawkgirl and vixen are too crappy that even the likes of MM can't outweigh that.

Ugh. Just f**king ugh! They are putting f**king Geo-Force on the Justice League. Put him on the Outsiders where he belongs, not the f**king Justice League. Same goes for Black Lightning. Replace Red Arrow with Green Arrow. Just simply get rid of Hawkgirl and Vixen!

It's understandable why Aquaman is not on the team, but how about putting some Martian Manhunter, Zatanna, Firestorm, and Flash on that team also.

It's understandable why Aquaman is not on the team, but how about putting some Martian Manhunter, Zatanna, Firestorm, and Flash on that team also.

I'm perturbed by the presence of the little fishes as well, and by the absence of a speedster as well.

Without touching on the others, (because I really dont have an clue) Zatanna probably doesnt have a place for the same reason as Dr. light. That reason being purely symbolic. You cant claim to be a new league, while keeping the member who is primarily responsible for the actions that directly contributed to the destruction of its previous iteration. It was Zatanna's mindwipes that really threw the ****e to the fan Pre-IC. If they had brought her back, the public, and overall meta community probably wouldn't have taken it well. Though it wouldnt be the intention, some would take it as them conveying a sense of "business as usual," and possibly "mindwipes are here to stay." By keeping her out, they are essentially saying that they are back to holding the high ground, and being a league that the entire world can embrace and cheer again. Though it is one hell of a power loss, the overall gain is important enough to merit the decision.

I haven't read issue 7 yet, but I think they invited her to join, but she turned them down.

See that arguement would make sense if Hal "remake the whole ****ing universe" Jordan wasnt on the team.
