My parents finally found out.

so my dad today is like before i spend 150 on a drug test, i need to know do you smoke, and im like uhhhh ummmm kinda, and hes like WHUDA YOU MEAN KINDA!!!! and im like fine yes.

well now my mom knows too, and there planning on telling my whole family
so im like zomg no.

but im trying to convince them smoking weed is not as bad as they once thought, i told them i have a beeter chance of getting hit by a car or by lighting than dying from smoking.

i also old them weed is only illigal in the states because governmeant cant tax it, or use it as a cash crop.


so plese help me explain to them and convince them to get off my back and let me do what i think is ok.

yes im the same kid and im 16, ill be 17 on haloween.

im not as lazy anymore, trust me, i cant sit on my ass all day i get bored, i just spent quite a few hours putting some outdoor furniture set together, than i had to lift evry heavy piece and set it down, than my mom was all like i dont like how u set it up I (nag nagity nag nag) , than i re aranged it.

i almost have a job, my frient tommy told me there looking for more party helpers at this jymnastics place called 5 star, they only hire people who are friends with current emplyees, and well 6 of my friends work there, im basically garenteed the job, im also good with waching kids, and im very friendly and will always do what im told, when there is money involved lol.

anyway there kinda warming up to the idea of me smoking, i do it in moderation now, as its realy noi bif deal to me, i just like doing it as it relives me of my stress. and it also helps me think alot, i smoke than write music, or play guitar, it actually made me some what better at it. i shreded that axe like nobodys buisness a few nights ago.


anyways they still need a litte more convincing.

Kid. You are 16 living under your parents' roof. It ain't a democracy. You do what they tell you and you won't be able to convince them, that it's harmless unless they are doing it themselves.

well no need to bash me for ****ty grammer and bad spelling, i dont feel like going over evry possible thing i spell wrong, i ****in hate grammer geeks who constantly annoy over some one elses flaw. theres alot of people out there who arnt good at spelling.

i say **** it, there are worse things to worry about than spelling, get off my case.

any way my parents dont really buy me anything, i do side jobs and make my own money to buy the things i want, the only thing they ever buy me is food and cloths.

my mom always wants to buy me new cloths but im fine with what i currently have, there still fairly new.

Ice, seriously here is a point that I think you are missing. It is illegal. I am not going to argue the whole "pot should be leagal" stuff. That isn't the point. The point is that it is illegal. If you get caught with it and busted for possession who is going to pay for that? Now I know that do jobs on the side and this job at Gymboree or where ever the heck you are interviewing at is coming, but honestly dude legal troubles are expensive. I just think that if you are living under your parents roof you don't need to be putting them in that spot to have to bail you out of trouble. And before you go with the "I do it in moderation, I'm not going to get caught" argument, does anyone actually mean to get caught? This is an argument you aren't going to win. Just give up and wait until you go off to college. There is a time and a place for everything...it's called college.
