My friend and I played it. We only played one game "party" but got an idea as to how the games are. Other than losing like I always do, it was fun.

i think its a good game to have your buddies over and play around for a night but... when its just you and 3 comps, it gets frustrating. some of the controls on the mini games are slow but, all n all i think its a great addition to my wii game collection.

I got it and I like it. My brothers and I have been playing it almost daily, but a 20 turn game kind of lags on after a while.
Although not great, it is a step in the right direction for Mario Party. The boards are more balanced and not as convoluted as some of the other games, but still have twists that will keep things interesting. I liked the hotel board where the person who invests the most in the hotel gets a star from it and a star is taken away if someone invests more than you. |

I am really enjoying it. Now, this is the first MP that I have played since the first one...so I don't have that "been there, done that" feel that some people might who have followed the series.
But my wife have played a game or two of it almost every night for like two weeks...so needless to say, we are enjoying the game immensly. On top of that I have had friends over and played four player games...and that is even more fun than two player. So yea....I am glad I purchased it.
