That's just like a woman, isn't it? Throwing away logic and reason for pure hormonal emotion and calling the other person crazy. You're too much.

I think a prelude or something is supposed to come out in December, so it will likely start up in January.

You may not have heard of this before, but it's a little technique that people call "building up hype".

JMS talks Twelve

http://comicbookresources.com/news/n...m.cgi?id=12252

I kinda wish JMS had used The Black Marvel and the Destroyer for this project.

Still, this and Superpowers coming out together should be a treat.

Uh...yeah. The story is about 12 Golden Age characters winding up in the present day.

I love pretty much everything about the art. Weston's awesome.

I don't know if it's because of the subject matter or the way they both draw barrel chests, but I keep thinking of Sadowski's Superpowers art when I look at this. Both are good, although Weston's is better.

Both are drawing ridiculous Golden Age costumes. I think Sadowski's a bit more generic, though.

I agree. Weston's much better with faces and is more detailed in general.

Not to downplay Sadowski's talent, though. He's very good and I'll have a hard time passing on Superpowers.

It'd be really awesome if he went back to JSA whenever Dale Eaglesham leaves.

Eaglesham's work is good but overrated, in my opinion.

His Secret Six work wasn't as good as a lot of people made it to be. It was good, but it had wonky moments. His JSA work is the best of his career, though. It's a visual treat, especially when Eaglesham gets to draw talking heads. Those are some pretty heads.

Of course, that's also probably what's making the book late every month.

This week's issue with the Kingdom Come Superman looked amazing. His Alan Scott looks a bit odd, but Jay and Superman himself both looked great pretty much every panel they were in. Eaglesham's really come a long way with the expressiveness of his faces.
