If you buy Warhawk online
& say theres a problem in the future like I am forced to return the system & get a new one or say a few months from now I reformat the system will I be able to download it again for free using the same account with no problem ?

No problem at all. Once you buy it, it is attached to your account. If for some reason you need to download it again, you will not be charged.

I got a Playstation 3 today (60 Gig) & I now have all 3 next gen systems & Warhawk was sold out soooo
