Best Buy Replacement Plan!!!

1) I've had my Zen since May 2006, and I've never had any trouble with it.

2) I've clearly been working in retail too damn long, because I just sympathized with the Best Buy employees who are about to get dirty looks from the management just for asking permission to exchange one brand of mp3 player for another.

Just send it back to best buy and say you got the red lights of death. They will most likely ask you if you want the premium again, just can I upgrade to the elite and pay the difference. More than likely they will say yes.

hmmmm Best buy stop selling Creative Vision m!!! My chances of getting the New Ipod Classics just went up!!! Right now im leaning towards the black 160 gig! I want to see it in my hands first! If its too thick than Ill just get the 80 gig. On a side note I hear MS is making a new mp3 player for the zune! Apparently its suppose to own the new Ipods

The zune was their chance.

And the Xbox was great. Most of its negative backlash came from the low expectations everyone had during the beginning of its lifetime. It took a few killer apps (mostly Halo) before everyone saw it for the work of genius it was. I mean, a built-in hard drive?

It really depends on the clerk. Some will, other wont. But since everyone seems to be getting the red lights of death, I think they will give you the benefit of the doubt. One thing you can say is that everytime you go online the 360 freezes! Thats one thing they cant check.

*update* So I finally went to best buy with my creative zen mp3 player all wrapped up again! When I got there there was a huge line for the customer service. So about 20 mins I was finally served and I told them I want to return my player because it freezes after 30 mins or soo...Than the clerk said Creative dont make these players anymore so we will give you store credit but you have to get an mp3 replacement. So I was like "OK!!!" When I got the mp3 section of the store the stupid clerk tried to sell me a Zune!!! **** that I want my IPOD!!! He's like ok but you have to pay the difference!
When I got back to the register the difference was only 30 bucks!!! Yahoo!!! I asked them for another extended warranty but they wouldnt give me the replacement plan again but instead a performance plan! **** that ****!!! Anyways I ended up paying only 31 bucks included tax!!! Cant wait to put on some videos on my new Ipod Black 80 Classic!!!

I'm asking because I have a MP3 player with a replacement plan that ends in November and while it hasn't given me a lot of trouble it does act weird every now and then. It would be cool if I could exchange it for something with more space.

Yes thats all I said. They didnt even check if it froze or not. But you can only get it replaced with an Mp3 player.

Yeah, I have a Toshiba Gigabeat which has been pretty good so far but lately I've been having some trouble with some songs that didn't skip before skipping and also have been having problems with the program it came with and putting music on it. So I have been pondering if I should take it back and upgrade to an IPod.

I guess I'll have to think about it...I'll have to check the reviews on the IPod...it seems you are enjoying it which is great...they do look pretty sweet.

Yeah, I'll have to check out the reviews, I was eyeing the 160 gig version, I'll have to put a little extra but I could put a boat load of music at top bit rate MP3 on it as well. I guess I have some researching to do.

Well here's my first impressions on the New Ipod Classic 80 gig.
Pros:
- I love how thin the player is!!! Its like 1/4 the size of my previous mp3 player!!!
- Space 80 gig! Plenty enough space for me!
- Love the new cover flow!!! Eye catching cover art albums!!
- Battery life for videos was great! Saw two 2 hour movies and didnt even go half way yet!
-Metal Ipod! It reduces your scratches
-Screen looks great! PQ A!

Cons:
I still dont like the back part of the ipod! It looked great before you touch it but after all those smudges you wish Apple would have created something else
-The Ipod was pretty sluggish through the menus
-Took me a while to figure out to put videos on the player
-Videos can only play mpeg4! I hate that ****!
-No Radio!!!!
-No Custom EQ
- No Wallpaper
- No Speakers


Overall it was great purchase! Dont regret it all! Highly recommend!
