And... I have the perfect, most talented Jigsaw!!!!!!! Stay tuned. (Don't you hate that).

Director Lexi Alexander has made sure to keep the Punisher fanboy as up-to-date as she can.

Joining Ray Stevenson as The Punisher/Frank Castle are Dash Mikok (from Hollywoodland, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and The Day After Tomorrow) as Detective Martin Soap, Colin Salmon (a Paul W.S. Anderson mainstay with Resident Evil and Alien Vs. Predator under his belt) as Agent Paul Budiansky, and Doug Hutchinson as Loony Bin Jim.

Lexi also says she has the 'perfect, most talented Jigsaw' who will be Punisher's nemesis in the flick. She then says..."Stay Tuned. (Don't you just hate that?).

Awesome cast. Budiansky was begging to be Sam Jackson but we all know that wasn't happening. My only question is how recently was this script written to have a character like Budiansky included. I mean wow. I guess that's a good sign if they're reading the comics that closely.

can't say i know much about these guys, but doug hutchinson certainly looks like a loony.

colin salmon has played authoritative roles before. and he knows how to hold a gun.

dash mihok... uhmm he looks soap-ish.

I think the rewrite was happening around the same time as The Widowmaker.

I wish she would hurry up and say who Jigsaw is.

I use to really want Judge Reinhold for Soap, if anyone who has seen Fast Times at Ridgemont High, but I'm open to this new guy. I hear he starred in Whiteboys and played James. Who was James in that movie? I don't remember.

I hope the guy playing Soap pulls it off. I love that character.

sweet colin salmon is in Punshier. Aside from Paul W.Anderson Movies his also been in the Bond franchise as Charles Robinson and is in the Blood: The Last Vampire Live action movie coming out next year.

Dash Mihok was most recently a detective in Hollywoodland. I think he'll be fine, that Romeo and Juliet pic is like 10 years old.

Hey, I'm calm. I'm skeptical of that particular casting. Maybe he'll do a Heath Ledger and blow everyone away...who knows?

But as of right now, I think he looks nothing like the character, appears to be way too young, and I really don't think he's a great actor.
