I'd have to say someone like Chris Evans or Ryan Reynolds

Which Ant-Man though? There's going to be two in the film.

That said, if Ryan Reynolds doesn't get snatched up for Flash, he'd be good for Scott Lang, and seeing as how it's being directed by Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg is the obvious choice for Hank Pym. That is if he's not too busy now that Star Trek has taken over his life.

Don't judge him by his FF movies the guys actully a pretty good actor. Rent Sunshine he plays a totally serious character in that and is a lot different from Johnny Storm/Human Torch.
