This Iris person says Christopher Nolan wont be returning for another Batman movie? Hmmmm, unless they're actually Christopher Nolan I dont see how they could know that... and a statement like that makes me question their other info.

Nah. Some who do that kind of thing are weird & have no humor at all. I'll be ok. Thanks for being concern about me thought.

Knowing Singer is a Sci-Fi freak, he should get him. Or maybe Moore, since Moore did Star Trek & Singer confess to being a Trekkie.

I didn't know those guys who did TF also wrote the upcoming new Star Trek. I thought Abrams wrote it.

And I don't know about those 2 guys doing MoS. TF was only good with action & that's it. It has no heart at all. Not to mention TF was more of a human story than the TF themself. The TF robots are barely in the film. The 80s cartoon at least has heart & more action than the film from Michael Bay. Also, they wrote "The Island". That one of the worst horror movie ever made. It close to being as bad as "Gigli". No wonder Island was a bomb....big time.

I'll admit I find the very concept of "The Island" to be ludicrous. So much so I won't watch it.

I didnt think the script for TF was that great, it's still my favorite movie of the year though. These two guys seem to be the toast of the town now, doing TF, ST and now maybe MOS? Maybe have Bay direct it too, I've had way too much emotional Superman, I wanna have a Superman that punches stuff.

Err, I loved Transformers but I'm not crazy about this (if it were to happen) ... Transformers was fun, but it did lack substance. But I guess as long as Superman punches someone the masses will be happy.

These guys also did a "polish" on the Watchmen script...I hope they didn't screw it up.

I liked Transformers... but i'm not sure if they are right for Superman. There were definite flaws in the script, but maybe that was Micheal Bay.

That's the same way I feel. If these guys can write action but not sacrifice a compelling story to do so, then I'll be happy.

I'm not sure if they would make a difference. Transformers mind blowing action was not because of it's writers. It was because Bay has an eye for action unlike any other director in Hollywood. If Singer is directing, I don't think new writers will make that much of a difference.

Transformers is a fun movie. Take the effects out of it though and you have an awful pile of crap.

Well it is kind of true Jake...The military parts were awful. The best non-robot stuff was when the movie focused on Sam.

I know, but that doesn't mean we have to keep hearing it. The movie came out in July. Surely there are some more recent movie we can hang **** on.
It's just getting old is all I'm saying. Then again people are still *****ing about SR and that's been over a year.

Haha! Yeah. The SR bashing is the best example of this behaviour. Or Batman & Robin. And that was 10 years ago.

People just need to move on.

Or I could just start talking about how much I hate Lords of the Rings and Harry Potter.

I've never seen Indiana Jones, either.

I like Superman, Batman, Transformers, G.I. Joe, Thundercats, He-Man and Voltron. So can I stay in Geekland? Please?

OK fine BTW I haven't really seen Indy either but I plan to see it before seeing Indy IV next year so I can come and complain about it.

Yeah he is contracted to make the 3rd. I believe he was contracted for that when he signed up to make TDK. I think that was why it took him so long to sign.
