They are very effective, but they have the drawback of sometimes having a tell tale die in which lets your mark or victim know they are being drugged. Test at home before use in the field is my advice.

One time a buddy and I had some girls over to drink. Well, we started taking vodka shots except that ours was filled with water and theirs had straight vodka...well lets just say we had fun.

They probably forget the next 8 hours as well. I don't think that would show in a blood test either. Good call.
