25th Anniversary GI JOES figures

Finally found Zartan last night. Now I'm looking for IG Destro and Battle Armor CC. That will take care of my "wants" untill the Hawk/BAT wave shows up around here.

My brother and I only get the ones we like, and there aren't many. Lady Jaye and Scarlett are the best so far. Joes today remind me of wooden figures, and their heads look like masks. I liked how they were built before.

I was at Target today and I got a Cobra Viper and the Duke/Cobra Commander 2 pack.

I'm quite looking forward to this one as well. They've done a fairly good job at doing naked male torsos, considering they only have 3.75" to work with, so they should take advantage of that.

Found Tiger Force Flint and "Why the heck is She wearing blue" Barroness Friday. They had Artic Snake, but I left him.

The blue Baroness is part of the "cartoon" line.

I picked up the Cartoon CC, Jetpack Duke, Cobra Viper, and Night Commando Snake Eyes today.

Found Major Bluud Wednesday. Not very impressive.

Also, went to the walmart in Elyria, OH on rt 57 yesterday and they had the tiger force Flint wave, BUT EVERY card was either bent or ripped! I wish I would have caught the jerk in the act so I could learn him a thing or two.

As much as I liked collecting earlier Joes figures, I REALLY hate this new batch. They look and feel incredibly cheap.

I spent the grocery budget again this week, and got Baroness, Major Bludd, Python Officer, neon Roadblock and orange Flint. Still no Firefly; why is this one so hard to find?

I found cartoon CC, cartoon Baroness, Stormshdow/Firefly two pack, and Shipwreck/Copperhead two pack. Can someone tell me what the clear tube with red stuff in it, that came with cartoon CC is?

As far as I could tell around here neither of our targets got them at all I was checking everyday for 2 months in there now I just go if I'm near by and have some free time. Though today I did get the new Firefly and Storm Shadow 2 pack, at Toys r Us, which was cool it was the one I was really wanting then I looked at the other side of the aisle and they had 2 full shelves of three packs.

Funny question, but does anyone here have the Firefly versus Stormshadow pack? I was wondering if those silly goggles on Firefly are removable, and if he's otherwise the same figure underneath as the individual carded one.

I got the Firefly Storm Shadow pack and indeed the goggles do come off as well as the vest. Be careful though his backpack his a tiny little flashlight and multitool in it. I almost lost them when I pulled him out, as the backpack got stuck and popped open.

Its from The M.A.S.S Device series. Its one of the elements.

mother of god, the new ***** is out! I've recently grabbed gen. Hawk, barbecue, stormshadow in black, cobra snow serpent, and bazooka.

and i was at hisstank.com and good gravy, EVERYBODY you've ever wanted is coming! Quickkick(who i spoke of earlier in the thread) is coming and(gasp!) folks from gi joe the movie. they've announced Falcon vs. Nemesis enforcer and(although i didn't read about it) I saw in the photos new figures of Golobulus AND an Cobra Commander who is changing into an snake man!("I was an man oncccccce...an mannnnnnnn").

Still no new Sergeant Slaughter though

He reminds me of the crying Indian in the environmental ads in the 1970s.

Can't wait for the new stuff I'm hearing about here, although I'm PO'd that they're already resorting to making Cobra La figures when I still haven't seen plans for Lowlight. My team needs a hardcore sniper, dammit! Also, Bazooka is no good without Alpine to serve as the straight man.

ohhh, yeah, there are some missing ones I forgot about. I too would like Alpine and Lowlight. The one I REALLY want is lifeline though. He was an great Joe that nobody ever seems to give an damn about.
