When I was in high school, I actually went to meet a girl I had spoken to online, and...umm...yeah, pretty scary. Since then I don't think I've really ever developed a "crush" on someone I've met online.

Plus, you kinda gotta know what someone looks like. Hard to have a crush on an avatar.
