I just watched 3 more episodes till the 8th episode. I like it the show. Not half as bad as some people say here. Just be a little open minded people. A Teen Tony Stark is enjoyable

I agree, I am about as big a Iron Man fan as you will find, and believe me the idea of a teen Tony didn't go over well me with that classic disaster the crossing, but I gave it a chance and was surprised just how good it is.
I just won the first season on DVD, I was planning on buying it, but free is free, so I hope Marvel and Nicktoons keeps the series around, its very good.

I gotta admit, the show is actually becoming a guilty pleasure with me. I'm not going to harp on teen Tony, with spilled milk being what it is. I'm beginning to adjust to the animation style. It's not 100% perfect but the things it does well, I really like the angles shown, especially the flight and combat stuff and the effects. Sometimes the attention to little details is amazing, like IM being buffeted while he is rocketing to the upper stratosphere!

I'll say this about the show, moreso than any IM toon before it, it has given IM a credible and well done rogue's gallery. Heck, I even loved this show's version of Ultimo. The show even does a good job with all the different armors.

My fav episodes so far have been, "Man and Iron Man" and "Fun With Lasers". I was totally digging the tension and interaction between Tony and Fury in "Lasers". I think I'll keep watching a little while longer.

I can understand the complaints about Teen Tony but it doesn't bother me.

So how was the first season overall? I've only seen the first three episodes.

For me at least, it has been pretty good. Not great but not the disaster I thought it was going to be. It gets better later on into the season.

I'm a little surprised, actually. The final 3 episodes seem to tie everything together in the season (except MODOK). I was expecting this to only stay to 26 episodes.

Now, if only The Spectacular Spider-Man had this kind of treatment.

I have been playing catch up on Netflix, and man I love the series. I think the whole teen twist and tony looking for more info on his dad is good .......... its a change of pace

This series is nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Teen Tony is still a silly idea but the stories are enjoyable, the animation is cool and the designers for this show have made some brilliant looking armors. Just wish War Machine wasn't so big.

I wil be the first to admit that when I first saw the show, despised it. With the exception of the annoying character of Pepper, I do watch it now.

I have a strange vibe this show may actually survive the recent killing of Marvel shows. Just a gut feeling.

I wouldn't mind if Armored Adventures was cancelled if there was a guarantee that a more comic/movie accurate IM cartoon would take its place in the near future.

The 1st season of AA ended with a pretty big cliffhanger but I watched the show mostly because of the great chemistry between the main cast and the spiffy villain redesigns and not so much because of the (decent) story.

Well that's technically in Avengers? I don't really see the point in doing another separate Iron Man series when we already have an adult Tony Stark as Iron Man leading the Avengers in their own series.

nogap87, there's also the Madhouse/Sony 12 episode Iron Man anime which was delayed but will hopefully still premiere later this year. We still don't know much about the series though.

Maybe the Avengers cartoon could have a good chunk of the main cast leave the team after the first season like the early issues of the comic. That could free up Iron Man for his own show as well as have guest appearances in Avengers. Just a thought.
