Dude, just make one out of paper machet, paint it with a gloss, and there you have it. You can put plastic over the machet design to give it a more realistic look. We made a few back in October and Iron Man was the one I made. Shouldn't take more than 3 hours.

I can't make the actual 'Base', like mould, You know what I mean, Like a structure for it, Maybe Posting a few pix would help...

There is a forum member over at the 405th named sharkhead that made a pepakura model of a ironman helmet that I even put together and finished and I'm in the process of making the mold
here is what it looked like when it was just paper, I would post more pics of my progress but I want to save that for my own thread
