It happened recently in Civil War, but in the Ultimate Universe (which the movies borrow heavily from), it started from the beginning.

Why would he worry about a target on his forehead?
A. Other than Pepper, who does he know that needs protecting? Rhodes in the Air Force. He can handle himself.
B. Tony creates WEAPONS. I think he can handle himself.
C. With the shrapnel in his heart, he's always living on the edge of life or death.

Actually, it RE-happened in Civil War. He had already come out previously, but later claimed he was no longer the one in the suit.

All I want to see is that one Tony Stark scene and then Hulkbuster Iron Man coming to get the Hulk with the cavalry once the final fight scene is over.

YIKES!!! I can't believe they already have the Stark scene online and its officially released too. Man I was hoping this would be a surprise oh well. Lets hope we get the rumored Cap scene.

Yeah but isnlt this cene different from the one in the novelization? Maybe there are two Stark scenes??

I've heard this rumor on Captain America as well. Not holding my breath, but there is a little part of me that is hoping for something awesome.

If anything it'll be him frozen, or a cameo or something. Meh, who knows.

LL on G4TV show Attack of the Show said that Captain America himself might appear in this film. I know I would definitely be staying after the credits.

Stark being in the 32 second trailer seems like they'd include it in the actual film rather than the credits..who knows. All I know is I can't wait for the 13th.

Awesome. If so I'd suspect they'd hold it out in the press sceerings just like Nick Fury.

They could just show Fury and crew hauling up a big block of ice with a figure inside it that's obviously Captain America, but the ice distorts the light so you can't tell who it is.

That would cover the casting later part, unless he's walking and talking like the rumours suggest (exaggeration perhaps), in which case maybe he is cast already. Seems early though, it's what....3 years from release?

I think people are getting a little carried away with these Captain America rumours...LL said you'll see Cap, I think what he means is that Blonksy takes a similar serum and becomes a pseudo-Cap. We won't be seeing a red white and blue hero doin backflips.

I wouldn't be TOO hopeful for an after-credits scene...but I reckon I'll hang around jsut in case.

Perhaps he'll appear in silhouette or in the form of a dark shadow of some kind.

The scene with Stark will make me happy enough and anything else will just be cream.

There won't be a Captain America cameo. Don't get your hopes up. Another Nick Fury maybe since Sam Jackson is around filming The Spirit. Both Iron Man and Hulk have a military aspect so I wouldn't be surprised if SHIELD pops up.
