He'd be pretty damn good at it too. I always wanted Dr. Doom to have an Eastern European accent over whatever accent Julian McMahon had.

Julian tried to do an Eastern European accent, he actually did the speech at the beginning of the movie (it was cut) he used that accent, apparently it was terrible.
