Megaupload Help

I keep trying to download a file but its says my downloading limit has exceeded. It tell me to try to download it in a few minutes again. I've been trying like every other hour for a day now. has anybody had this problem.

could someone download this http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XEASTR3O, and upload it to another hosting site. but keep it as a rar archive, then send me the link?
