Great posters! I was expecting flashy production shots of the cast, but these have the perfect tone to them, combined with excellent quotes. Love 'em.

Awesome! Carla truly captures the spirit of Silk Spectre I. The only one that seems a little weird to me is Dr. Manhattan's. The quote is strange, compared to the others, and the poster is just weird in that whole "WTF is he doing?" kind of way.

I think a better quote would have been "Life and death are unquantifiable abstracts. Why should I be concerned?" (Or however that line goes)

And not to nitpick *too hard* here but, would it have made more sense if Sally's quote was from the time she was an adventurer? When you see a quote dated "1985" and the picture is obviously from the '40's, could that possibly confuse people?

Other than that, I love 'em.

Not at all. That quote is the most important quote about Manhattan, it sets the stage for everything that happens in the story.

Sure, but everyone else's quote is from themselves. I don't mind what they've done with this, really, but it did seem like it broke the little theme they were running with.

Not to mention the quote I offered has just as much importance to the story as the one they used.

amazing. these are amazing. u hear stuff like "my chemical romance in the credits." and u think "way to go snyder..." then you see these posters and you're like "WAY TO GO SNYDER!"

I don't think Snyder had much to do with the posters...That's all advertisers and production companies!

i wouldn't be so sure. i bet he has a lot of say in the advertisement. a production company wouldn't know how to market watchmen. and i'm pretty sure he cut the trailer himself.

Those are not your average studio-produced movie posters. They're genius. I love how awesome the quotes are. They're not the quotes you find on typical movie posters. You have posters for The Spirit or something with quotes like "do i look like a good girl" or something cheesy like that, then you have this. "i wish all the scum of the earth had one throat and i had my hands about it."

These posters are going to tell people this isn't your average comic book movie.
