MTV Making The Movie The Dark Knight
Batman Tech-Secrets of the Dark Knights Technology
Batman Unmasked-The Psychology of the Dark Knight

HBO's First Look
G4's Behind-the-Scenes special

Those are the only other two off the top of my head. I think TV Guide Channel did something one night as well.
