Well, we know that Cheney shoots lawyers in the face with a shotgun.......lol.

Also, Cheney will tell Putin to "go F*** himself"

soooo......I give the edge to Cheney......remember he's supposed to be Darth Vader, right........even the Evil Emporer can't stand up to bad assery of Darth Vader.......lol.

It depends on the battle. If Cheney is allowed to plot and plunder against Putin without Putin's knowledge, he would win because he's that crafty and devious. Anything else and Putin wipes the walls with Cheney.

Still tough to call. Putin wont miss, but not because of the sniper scope. Just because he is Putin. Still, how many heart attacks has Cheney had? I dont think the Devil will take him.
