Seriously - a Friendly Political Podcast

I am not a guru of politics, and I was thinking it might be fun to get a few people to put a podcast together every once in awhile to talk about politics.

It could cover one side...or both.

This obviously would not be related to hype whatsoever, just something to be interesting. A few people who may be on different sides debate a little on the issues.

What do you think?

I love the idea,

I know this is off topic, what about Hype Political Debates? We could have groups of 2, 2 on the left and 2 on the right. 2 Mods asking questions. The Group of 2 are not allowed to ask questions, only to discuss their position on the Issues. No other poster is allowed to comment or ask questions. Each Debate will be on a Single Topic, like the War on Terror, or the Economy, or what have you. Each group has a week to research the issue.

What do you think?

I would love something like that...
I would have to ask questions, as I know where I stand, but I have NEVER been good at remembering statistics and things like that, thus killing anything I want to "prove"

If you guys want...
We can schedule something...

Two members of the Dem Party - Two members of the Rep Party - and any amount of those not representing any other party...
Then have two Moderators...like myself and someone else...

The Mods can come up with the questions...
This might literally be an hour or two long....

We can meet via Skype... (you have to have a computer, broadband connection, and descent microphone)

We have to meet on a specific day, since this is such a large amount of people, we need agreement before hand.

What do you think?

Come on! Mics can cost $10 and all you need is an hour or two scheduled at night most likely!
