Honestly, I think I'd prefer this version. I always felt the theatrical version of the scene was too silly... which didn't seem to fit the moment for me.

There's a lot more to that scene (having bought/watched the DVD last night), it requires a scene with Tony seeting up/attending a party in Dubai that he uses as a cover for his Iron Man activities, the scene felt too long and unneeded after the other party scene.

i'm glad they cut out the dubai scenes . it slowed the movie down and felt unecessary.
also thought the scene with three girls wasn't good for the purpose of the story. |

I prefer the one presented in the movie. "Are those bullet holse?"
It says in the threat title, Pepper discovers Tony as Iron Man, but does Pepper know that Stark is Iron Man? I do not think she knows in the comics, for a while. |

Glad it was cut. Glad most of the deleted scenes were just that... deleted. They all didn't work in the context of the movie.
