Yes but they got it through means at which it was someone who was uneducated like having a child when you have disease and breast feeding, sharing needles, getting a blood transfusion when the blood was infected, etc...the people that caused that to happen to the innocent person could have been prevented if they understood the disease more and the problems associated with it. The main source of the disease is in Africa which is vastly uneducated and poor. Even if a cure was found, most of them couldn't afford it like they can't right now with the drugs that slow down the disease. And of course the way to prevent AIDs is to not have sex

If the people with AIDs refrained from sexual activity their entire life, then the disease would be completely gone.

Maybe he was a crackhead? A crackhead smashed the window on my car to steal 15 cents out of my cupholder once. I wish I had just left a note on the window that said the door was open, help yourself to the god damn 15 cents.
