I know that the one with Jolie, Hackers is probably up there with alot of people but as far as technical believability goes mine is still Robert Redford's "Sneakers". which is surprising considering it was from 1992.
So yeah, what are everyone's favourite? Maybe if we get enough list we can run a poll. |

Hackers with Johnny Lee Miller was awesome. Great soundtrack and the fact that they did it on dial up makes it hilarious.

i think if it came out a year later it would have done better at the B.O. |

Oh, no arguement about the dreadlocks - blecch.
Tell you what though, anyone remember the days of the 'Syntax error'? Ah, the memories. I always laughed at the way all they had Richard Pryor do in order to concince us that he was some super-hacker computer genius as Gus Gorman was type 'list' and 'run'.

How about Donatello trying to hack the computer in TMNT 2?
How about Johnny Mnemonic with Keanu Reeves, God Awful movie but it fits the bill.

Does "Live Free or Die Hard" count? If so that's the only one I've seen that I liked.

If you haven't already seen it, the recommended Sneakers that several posters have already mentioned is a good one. Not only does it feature Robert Redford, but also Dan Aykroyd and River Phoenix no less. The only one anyone else has mentioned that I would put above it is probably War Games.
