Actually I ask them if they want to do this or that. Both went to Renaissance faires with the Ex and me as kids, now they find ways to get to it with friends.
I introduced Indiana Jones to my son who's 13 this last X-mas, He LOVES Him, "He's cool"!
My Daughter found Twilight on her own, saw Dark Knight on her own...they both have thier own minds.

Just a bit guided early on. lol

Yeah Sega's got the rights, but, I personally like Viking: Batlle for Asgard and I'm looking forward to it.
My son however likes just about all types of games. LotR Third Age is his favorite one, Halo 2nd. He wanted that new LotR game, but, like me They don't have highspeed and He's alittle mad about that.

Well my kid's a Marvel extremist and proud of it. I'm DC biased. We bump heads on issues of comic books on a daily basis.

I gave him his first action figure when he was in daycare few years back...it was THOR. He's loved him ever since. Gave him an Iron Man too...trashed to hell now though; he doesn't care for Stark much at all. Thor still looks new.

I had the Bat-Man movie costume from the 1st movie and the cape hung up behind thier toy room door when they were 3&4, my daughter told me it used to scare her. lol
I try not to steer them Away from things BUT I do have to admit, Both my ex and I don't want our kid's NOT to play the Grand theft Auto games because of the violence toward cops. We told them Why and they both understand why and agree.

Yeah I remember it was one of those I DID have that, but alas all but litterally a handfull of comics were destroyed in floods back in the late 80's.
