I'm thinking Black Widow will go straight & join the Avengers. Somehow she redeems herself just enough so they'll take a chance on her, but they're all very skeptical at the same time.

She was a reoccurring ally until the 1970's, so I wouldn't bet money that she'll join the team on a weekly basis. She could remain a reoccurring ally in the TV series as well.

This is one instance where I can sort of understand airing the episodes out of order. There's only room for one more episode before the holiday break, and 19 is a one off about Black Widow whereas 16-18 seem to be a multi-episode arc about Kang

Oh wow.

I didn't realize that thing was supposed to be a sentry until he called it a sentry. I would rather it look like the old sentry's with the football mask head and everything. yeah so what they look like Sentinels...okay that would be odd...but still.

i'm old school but Marvell was before my time...but i did hold a spot of respect for him. This Ultimate Marvell how ever i did like his storyline, and i like how they have brought him in and i am REALLY liking how fast paced this show is.

I will say i'm wondering if they will introduce Carol as Warbird or Ms. Marvel? i would REALLLLLLY love it if she met Rogue or had a meltdown and became Binary, but i know that is wishful thinking

finally caught up on the avengers. wow, what an amazing show. I saw young justice first and thought no way is avengers better than that two hour young justice episode well after watching avengers I think avengers blows it out of the water for characterization but not look (sorry marvel).

if this comes out on blu ray I will definately pick it up.

my all time top 3

1. JL/JLU
2. SSM
3. Avengers

That's not really a fair comparison. I mean, 15 episodes versus a two-parter?

honestly that is the one thing that lacks. the over all look of the show.
its really cartoony, and often times i find it pulls me out of the show especially with Wasp's design.

Having finally watched the latest episode of A:EMH, I thought it was great overall. While the threat was just a robot, the episode accomplished a few things. It revealed why Jan flirts in front of Hank, and turns out that she's just as oblivious to Hank's own feelings towards her. It showed the bond that the team has really formed with each other. It sets up not just Ms. Marvel, but another threat (Kree/Skrull) on top of Masters of Evil, HYDRA, and the escapees that they have not yet captured.

I think this episode served its purpose very well.

Perhaps. Maybe that's her path to redemption-helping them out here 7 there and then bailing before they can cuff her. Funny thing-I expected her to be dirty in "Iron Man 2" & not in the series, and I got the opposite.

Modern day stories only makes me think of one person (which would a pretty appropriate reveal for this season ) but I doubt that would be it.

I love this series!! Each episode gets better and better!

I hope to see Silver Surfer, Fantastic Four, Spidey and Galactus, after all, someone, Yost maybe, said everyone you want to see would probably make an appearance in this series. I hope they appear! Venom'd probably be pushing it, though...

Interesting quote. Some have speculated that the Winter Soldier could arise, which I certainly wouldn't mind and could be interesting. Another option is Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew), who was originally a pawn of HYDRA, and even sent to assassinate Nick Fury in her first comic appearance. Or, HYDRA's plot could involve SHIELD double-agents (Widow may not be the only one) who are secretly mining anti-metal Vibranium in the arctic circa Bendis' NEW AVENGERS stories. Speaking of SHIELD/HYDRA double agents, another option (I know, I am a madman) could be inserting the SECRET WARRIORS retcon that SHIELD has been deeply infiltrated by HYDRA since it's inception.

I for one am glad that Mockingbird is in her original costume. It was a tad gaudy, yes, but her current one is too mundane - she looks like she can't decide whether she wants to cosplay as Black Canary or Catwoman with it. At least her original costume, especially the mask, was trademark Mockingbird. I will take gaudy vs. mundane any day for a costume design.

Of course, we already saw Bobbie Morse in this show before; in the "Hulk Vs. The World" micro, she is the buxom blond SHIELD pilot that the Hulk saves, which impresses Hawkeye. Just for those who forgot, or missed it. Either Bobbie decides to become Mockingbird on her own, or during Clint's incarceration, she was promoted (perhaps to replace him).

It is possible she could be "dirty" in "THE AVENGERS", although as the lone heroine in their squad, that could be unlikely.

At any rate, if Black Widow joined full time, that would be 9 full members. And that isn't even including Carol Danvers, who was empowered and on her way to becoming Ms. Marvel in the last episode. And, heck, maybe Mockingbird decides to join up?

I'm not thrilled that the episodes are being aired out of order. I am aware the Kang outing is a two-parter, but this show has strict continuity (somewhere between "SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN" and "WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN") and thus things could get confusing. But, we'll see how it flows when I watch it. Disney XD would certainly not be the first show to do that. Heck, the 2k3 era of TMNT was even STRICTER with continuity, and 4Kids not only aired the 4th season episodes out of order (even banning one), but then skipped the 5th season altogether for years and hopped to the 6th (which was FAST FORWARD, the "jump the shark" moment for what was until then one of the best comic cartoons put to TV; one in which Chris Yost was involved in writing for). It is possible that things flow fine and it doesn't matter. After all, Kang IS a time traveler.

It could be possible that this episode may not see THE total defeat of HYDRA, but perhaps their major crippling, and some of the Avengers form a separate team to chase them for a while, such as Clint, Mockingbird, Widow, even Capt. America. The best way to share focus when a cast starts to stretch beyond 8 members is to split people up.

Or it could be like the Busiek run where Kang takes over the world and crashes his ship into Maryland earlier in the decade. Sort of climaxed the whole legendary Busiek/Perez run when they started on the book in the Heroes Return era.

I didn't care for the look they went with Mar-vell. I like the classic style look so I hope he could possibly acquire it at some point. It was still a good story and a very good episode.

I wonder if that was foreshadowing by Carol when she tells Wasp that if he keeps playing the jealousy game then Hank is going to strictly hate her. You know, like when Hank had a mental breakdown and verbally and physically abused Jan and became the Yellow Jacket?

Or . . . like when Wasp bleeped Hawkeye. Hank walked in and saw it and then . . . pretty much nothing happened after that. Just more of why Chuck Austen is one of the worst comic writers ever. How can you have Hawkeye and Wasp messing around sexually have Hank see it and then not have any sort of emotional payoff to that? Or was Hank already a skrull at that point? Not sure.
