On an average day the triplets each have an 8oz bottle of milk at around 5.30am, another at 8am, and a crumpet with butter for breakfast.

Lunch could be scrambled eggs on toast, instant mashed potato with spaghetti hoops, or a jar of baby food, followed by a packet of Wotsits each at about 2pm.

Dinner at around 4pm could be a microwave lasagne or pie which their mother chews so they can manage it, and they sometimes have another bottle of milk before bed, although their mother says they're often too full.

'I'm happy to give them fish and chips or chicken nuggets and chips as a treat once or twice a week,' she explained.

'I feed my babies vegetables every Sunday, and a lot of the baby food I give them has fruit in it. The health visitor told me off for giving them Smash because it has too much salt in, but it's difficult to know what to feed them sometimes.'

i still think this is when child services need to intervene. she's putting her kids at risk now and later in life, and she seems to not care or is delusional. maybe both.

she doesn't even seem fit to care for them. unless i misread, she's unemployed and living off welfare or whatever the english equivalent is. and she spends some of the monthly alloted money on her smoking habit.

Yes, it's my true nature, I don't believe people are predestined to be fat, that they do it to themselves and that with diet and exercise you can have a normal weight. I've never been fat, never allowed myself to become fat because I make sure to exercise a lot. I know plenty of friends and family members who were fat and were able to lose the weight and keep it off by making the life changes necessary. I've lost to many people to heart disease and other health problems related to weight to let that happen to me. I've tried to lead by example in my family by running and constantly praising running to get others to become healthier, don't push them to start exercising, but will give them all the encouragement and advice they want if they start, only my sister has followed my lead, but one is enough right now. Yeah, it's my true nature to be pissed at a woman so lazy and selfish to let herself become like that, she's giving her kids major health problems, but also doing her best deny her kids a mother, at that weight, I doubt she'll see those kids even graduate high school
