Thing is here he was a producer. While he can certainly act the part, he is at fault somewhat for the writing this go around. He easily could have voiced disagreement or got things changed, but he didn't.

Jackman still convinces me as Wolverine.
He got softer by each X-film, but that, imo, is a natural progression, seeing as he started to live with kind people after he joined the X-Men.

What about the Wolverine film? Before he ever met the X-Men?

I still didn't see. I'm referring X1 to X3.

Wolverine should not become Cyclops under any circumstances

I totally agree. Even if he gets softened a bit by being with the X-Men, having Wolverine become the stern leader will NEVER feel right.

That scene is way better in the game than how it was in the movie.

I think Jackman is a great Wolverine, honestly I cant see anyone else playing him, he has the look. As far as his height, meh oh well what the hell. I can appreciate his love for the character, this is his 4th time reprising the role, so that shows he enjoys playing the character, I just wish that the director would have followed the storyline a little more closely. I guess the ideal Wolverine film would be rated R. It's sad when a video game storyline is way better than a big budget film, but hey, it's Fox where dealing with

The team at Raven software are serious Wolverine fans, that's why they gave the character justice in the video game.

Hell ya, the game demo was pretty bad ass. Hacking and slashing through people and getting all bloodied up. I think I might actually like the game a little more than the movie because of all that.

Wolverine's claw were set to stun in the film.

This i agree with, surely Jackman saw the faults with the script and final movie, but chose not to do or say anything about it?

Wasn't he also a producer for X3? It was before Seed Productions was officially formed but he did get a producer credit. I also seem to remember him saying he had a vote in chosing the director (Ratner) and writers (Kinberg and Penn)

Yes, he has his part of fault with X3 and Wolverine.

Hugh doesn't deserve more movies as the star.

Yep he was. And as a producer, he made Wolverine more tame than he was, and upped him as Wolvie-clops
