Very, very few things I wouldn't do. I'd totally turn gay for a night, kill someone (not family, ^good call), eat something horrific etc.

I wouldn't kill anyone or mutilate anyone, including myself on both counts. However, I would kill or mutilate if they were a murderer or a pedophile. I would also not do any emotional or irreversible damage to family members that I loved. Everything else is fair game.
