The album is pretty much fantastic, the last four tracks really blew my away.
God how I love Muse.

totally agree, i love the progression they made as a band through the years.

Just finished listening to it and I'm a bit disappointed. None of the first 5 songs do anything for me, they don't grab me in any way. The last lot I can listen to a little but they wont get nowhere near the amount of play time the other 4 albums got. I was kinda hoping for something a little more bombastic for the Exogenesis Symphony Parts, and they don't flow as well as I would have liked, but I did get some enjoyment out of it. I knew they were going to take a different direction with this album, unfortunately it isn't the direction I like, oh well 4 out of 5 isn't a bad run for their albums.

Anyone listen to muse night on radio 1 ? was good.

See when Blackholes came out I was like oh I don't really like this at all, but it grew on me, and I think hearing some of the new tracks I like this album sound more.
So far Blackholes is my least favourite album

But I will see how this one ends up once I listen to it all

Unnatural Selection and I Belong To You are probably my favorite songs on the album, a few more plays and it has grown on me but it's still not a good as any of the other albums, nothing will ever compare to the greatness that is Origin of Symmetry.

I enjoy many songs on this album. I don't think it is their strongest but I like the sound they are experimenting with.

Really, really love this album. Close if not equal to Origin Of Symmetry as my favourite. Unnatural Selection may be one of the best songs they've ever made, and Exogenesis: Symphony is superb. My boxset arrived Monday and I only got around to listening to the 5.1 DTS album today, it's truly astonishing sound. Features extended parts too which are really good. Happy, and relieved, to say there's not a song on the album that I don't like.

origin of symmetry blows this album out of the water and by far my fav album from them!
