wanted that psycho feel to it, like he's a real animal, a killer.

I really like these! The biggest probem I'm noticing is that you've taken these very clean line-work designs, and compressed the hell out of them. The outlines are surrounded by very sloppy pixelated blurs, that take away from your work. (When you reduce the size of a pic manually, all of your lines tend to become surrounded by blurry pixels-- a result of compressing the file.)

If you want the pics to retain their original quality while reducing the size, upload them in Photobucket. It can take an enormous file and automatically shrink it down, while leaving very little pixelated edges and keeping the image very close, visually, to its original version.

I do the line-work then scan them in to my computer, then save them my computer says to save them at , 72 DPI it says this is good for viewing on monitor/web page, then I up load them to photobucket.com, then post them here, Should I be saving them at 300 DPI.?

I would absolutely save them at 300 dpi, or even 250 dpi if you want to save some space on your hard drive. When you save them at 72 dpi, it's crushing and shrinking the image, killing the quality.

Even if your piece is 300 dpi, Photobucket will automatically shrink it down to a size suitable for forums.
